About me
Kim Smith is the chief financial officer at Women’s Care. In this role she oversees all Finance and Accounting functions, as well as other key strategic areas.
Kim is a 20+ year senior financial executive, with a history of successful roles at private-equity sponsored organizations, in healthcare, consumer, and retail industries with leading national brands.
Prior to Women’s Care, Kim was the former CFO of Zest Dental Solutions, a BC Partners portfolio company, where she led back-office improvements in key areas, including Finance & Accounting but also Human Resources, Regulatory, IT, and Risk Management. Prior to Zest Dental Solutions, she worked in senior financial executive roles with Wetzel’s Pretzels, PetSmart, Pepsi, and Kimberly-Clark.
Kim has a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentration in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Master of Business Administration, concentration in Corporate Finance, from the University of Dallas.
