About me
Jo Ann is the Chief Revenue Cycle Officer at Women’s Care, where she leads the centralized Revenue Cycle team. She ensures compliance and optimization of revenue cycle management (RCM) functions, supporting proper billing, revenue integrity, and collections.
With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, Jo Ann has held leadership roles in both academic and private equity healthcare organizations. Her expertise spans practice operations, patient access, revenue cycle, and managed care.
Before joining Women’s Care, Jo Ann was the Executive Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and Managed Care at US Fertility, where she established and managed the centralized RCM and Managed Care teams. She has also held senior executive positions at Inception Fertility, INOVA Health System, and Penn Medicine.
Jo Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Excelsior College, Albany, NY, and has completed CRCE certification (Certified Revenue Cycle Executive).
