About me
Christy serves as Women’s Care’s chief people officer, responsible for leading all aspects of the Organization’s Human Resource (HR) function, including Talent Acquisition & Retention, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and HR Operations. In this role, Christy elevates our approach to managing our most valuable asset – our people, ensuring that HR practice advances the Women’s Care mission, vision & values.
Christy is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over 25 years of progressive HR experience, specializing in healthcare, distribution, and aviation industries. She most recently served as the Vice President of Global HR Services at Signature Aviation, where she led strategic HR initiatives for over five years. Some of those key initiatives included launching a team member focused hardship fund; modernizing employee benefit programs and aligning compensation programs to organizational key performance indicators (KPIs). Prior to this role, Christy spent 22 years at Orlando Health leading various HR functions throughout her tenure.
Christy has extensive M&A and growth experience in private equity owned, publicly traded, and not for profit organizations.
Christy holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Central Florida (UCF)
